Meeting at the Holiday Inn just off Tadcaster Road, this welcoming session offers two options: a shorter 4 mile route or a longer 5-6 mile loop.
Supported by England Athletics-qualified Run Leaders, the group is open to all, whether you’re new to running, returning after a break, or simply looking for company on your miles. It’s a supportive, social way to stay consistent, build fitness, and connect with York’s running community. Running all year round, come rain or shine.
