Welcome to my blog! I started this blog to write about my journey from being a non runner to completing my first marathon between late 2015-mid 2016.

In mid 2019, I discovered the Ketogenic Diet and have been strictly following the 20g carb restriction a day. It has renewed my interest for health and fitness and I am looking forward to write about my journey with the Ketogenic Diet.
