Each session starts with a light warm-up at the café, then a loop through Shrewsbury’s streets or riverside paths at a pace that allows conversation. It’s a choose your own adventure affair, with 3km or 5km chilled routes on offer. Either way, you’ve earned yourself a flat white and PONT pastry afterwards.
What makes this run group unique is its party atmosphere from start to finish. Sunday is fun day at Oath Coffee, assuming you can drag yourself out of bed for 9am.
